Properties are voluntarily listed on our site by owners, managers and agencies dedicated to providing affordable housing opportunities for low-income indivduals, families, seniors or disabled persons. We show listings from a variety of government funded sources where eligibility, income restrictions and rent restrictions keep the housing affordable to households below 80% of the area median income. Project-Based Subsidy	Search fully or partially project-based subsidized properties where I can pay 30% of my income for rent *Read each property listing carefully for number of subsidized units. Some properties may only offer project-based subsidy on a portion of the units at their property. In many cases the non-subsidized units will also take Housing Authority provided Housing Choice Section 8 vouchers. Please call the main contact on each property listing for details.
Tenant-Based Subsidy	Search properties that accept Housing Choice tenant-based vouchers *Vouchers must be obtained through a particpating Public Housing Authority to be eligible for a subsidized rent in the non-subsidized units at these properties. Please contact your local Public Housing Authority or the property contact for more information.
Non-Subsidized Properties	Search non-subsidized income and rent-restricted properties with units less than per month. *You may be able to use a Housing Authority-provided Section 8 voucher (tenant-based voucher) at these non-subsidized properties.
